Your first 2 orders are completely free. After that, a $25 per-order fee applies. Upgrading to Premium ($20/mo early adopter pricing) removes per-order fees entirely — it pays for itself at just 1 order per month.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Premium and Growth-tier plans, invoice-based billing is available on request.

Tally charges 15% commission on completed jobs for Base and Premium vendor tiers. Upgrading to Scale ($80/mo early adopter pricing) reduces your rate to 10%. New vendors get a promotional 5% rate for their first 3 months.

Contractor plans include a set number of quotes per month (0 on Free, 5 on Base, 10 on Builder). If you exceed your included quota, each additional quote costs $25. Unused quotes do not roll over.

Team seats are available on the Agent Growth plan and select vendor plans. Each additional seat is $19/month — whether it's an agent or an assistant. Growth subscribers can create an organization, invite team members, assign assistants to agents, and manage permissions.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Agents pay when ordering services, and vendors and contractors receive payouts on a regular schedule with full earnings transparency.
