Your first 2 orders are completely free. After that, a $25 per-order fee applies. Upgrading to Premium ($39/mo) removes per-order fees entirely — it pays for itself at just 2 orders per month.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Premium and Growth-tier plans, invoice-based billing is available on request.
Tally charges a competitive commission on completed jobs for Base and Premium vendor accounts. Adding the Scale add-on ($59/mo, total $158/mo with Premium) reduces your commission rate — making Scale valuable for vendors with consistent order volume.
Contractor plans include a set number of quotes per month (0 on Free, 5 on Base, 10 on Builder). If you exceed your included quota, each additional quote costs $25. Unused quotes do not roll over.
Team seats are available on Agent Growth (add-on), Vendor Premium and Scale, and Contractor Base and Builder plans. Each additional seat is $19/month and includes its own login with access to your account.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Agents pay when ordering services, and vendors and contractors receive payouts on a regular schedule with full earnings transparency.
